Orders are carefully prepared and packed with attention before dispatch.
Ready-made pieces are usually shipped within 2 business days.
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and carrier.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Bespoke orders
Bespoke and personalised orders are prepared individually and may require additional lead time. Timing will be discussed depending on the nature and scale of the project.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship to EU countries.
For shipping requests outside these destinations, please feel free to contact us.
Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, and for hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not always possible unless the item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order.
If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bonjour@alalueur.com, with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review each case with care and do our best to offer a suitable solution. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
Handmade variations
Each piece is handmade in small batches, and slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur. These small differences are part of the charm of artisanal work and are not considered defects.
Please also note that slight differences between product images and the final handmade piece may occur.
Natural characteristics of soy wax
Frosting and wet spots are natural effects that can appear in soy wax candles. These do not affect the quality or performance of the candle and are not considered faults.
