We make each piece with care in small batches. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, texture, finish, and appearance may occur. These small differences are part of the character of artisanal work and are not considered defects.

Product images are provided for guidance, and slight differences may occur between the image shown and the final handmade piece.

Orders are prepared with care and dispatched within the timeframe indicated on our website, unless otherwise stated for bespoke or made-to-order items.

Bespoke and personalised orders may require additional lead time and are handled individually according to the nature of the project.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within the timeframe stated in our Shipping & Returns page, with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Unless otherwise required by law, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
